"Asked for a drink after thirty minutes of waiting, they tell me they're out of what I asked for. Server was great. But I feel like the bartender didn't like her or something."

"A bunch of open tables no one waiting and took them 30 mins to sit us. Bartender couldn't make a simple mixed drink had to ask the barback to remake them which she actually did a better job at making our drinks. When paying the bill they tried charging us for 5 of the drinks even tho we didnt drink the first round and the manager reluctantly came to take off the extra but failed to even acknowledge me or give me the check had to wait 3 extra minutes for the bar tender to give me my check. The only reason this place isn't getting 1 star is because the server (Tessa) and the bar back actually saved the experience enough to not give it that low of a rating"

"Sat at the bar and had a great meal. Shift change occurred shortly after I sat and both bartenders were very friendly and attentive! Ordered an app and wings. Food was delicious and served hot & beers were ice cold. As someone who spends most of their life on the road, I can always count on BWW for a great time. I strategically park within a walk/ride share of one whenever possible. It’s my one constant in this uncertain world ✌️"

"This is a follow up to a review two years ago. It would appear nothing has changed but the atmosphere. Obviously corporate made this site update, and it is much more pleasant an atmosphere, but that is where it ends. The food is ok..you sure get a lot less for the money than you used to, but this site in particular still has the worst service I have seen. Does the owner ever go to this restaurant? Perhaps you should go in disguise so you get a real taste of just how bad it is. Our waitress spent all of her time chatting with the bartender and other waitresses. She paid no attention to us (the customer) unless we waved our hands. Seriously, I would fire half the staff. PS. I also observed the bartender chatting with a guy the entire time I was there. I could see the disdain on the faces of the patrons sitting at the bar with empty glasses."

"Yeah, I’ve been to a couple BWW and this has by far been the worst.. we went to watch the games and ordered food and drinks. Took about 20 mins just to get waters.. waited almost an hour for food and didn’t even get that much. My salad had old brown and soggy lettuce and our food seemed like it was sitting in the back for a while. Fries were probably a couple hours old and over cooked. And by the time we were ready for a check the waitress was more concerned with the bar. They kept blaming the long service times on a large party that was already finished eating."
