"Went in to place order since drive thru was backed up and inside wasn't any better. Placed my order and the lady seemed new but coworkers did help her. Waited 15-20 minutes for food when I got home found out it was wrong. Fry box wasn't full mozzarella sticks cold and got wrong sandwich. Was not happy about experience"
"Kind of biased here on the food, because Arby's is my favorite fast food, but the food was good. Service is spotty at this Arby's, because you never know how many people show up for work. It took almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I hot my food. Atmosphere was not bad, but some of the tables were dirty, this goes back to the amou t of workers present. Will eat their again."
"We just like Arby's. It's usually quick and the food is filling, plus we get great coupons in the mail. This time we had a coupon for 5 regular roast beef sandwiches for $5, and another for 3 small fries (curly or crinkle) for $1 each (after 5pm only deals), and there were only 3 of us! So a couple of us got lunch for the next day, too! The atmosphere is, well, fast food folks, but you can't beat the price with a STICK. As I said, we like Arby's!"
"I did an online order to be picked up at 1pm, when I got there at 1:05pm my order was not on the screen yet. 15 mins later they gave me a sandwich that had been sitting in the window for 20 mins. Still had to wait on my other sandwich, the fries were cold. The manager on duty was very rude to me and other customers.. Will not go back there to eat ever again, and I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had no choice."
