"I hit a coyote on the interstate and it wrecked the front passenger side of my car. I used pops shop because progressive recommended them and I had no issues. They worked fairly quickly (around 2 weeks and they had to replace most of what was under the hood on the passenger side and do some body work). They accommodated my boyfriend coming to look at the car before I picked it up and the owner even looked into something himself that my boyfriend was concerned about. All the front desk girls were great and answered questions I had. I was nervous leaving my car with them due to some other reviews but I’d gladly use them again and recommend them to someone else!!"

"ZERO STARS My daughter went to take her car to this place after submitting photos to progressive insurance for an accident that she had . they fixed the car and when we got the car home there was a big scratch and dent on the right passenger door. That was not there before. she called the company they said they would pull the photo records from progressive .we called back. They said they looked at the photos and the dent was there in the previous photo which he’s completely lying. Then the owner in his little whiney voice said I ain’t fixing nothin .Your daughter can call a Damn attorney and hung up on us."

"Less than one star if possible. The work looked fine but after the first time it rained the windshield leaked on my drivers seat. When I took it back to show them I was told it was highly unlikely that it was leaking on the drivers seat. When I first went to pick my car up on a Friday afternoon I was told that ( with a laugh on his face) that I couldn’t possibly pick it up and I could just go back to car rental place to get another car on a Friday afternoon. I am an older handicapped person and they were rude to me during whole process. When picking up my car for the second time my sister was leaving and one of their employees backed up and hit my sister as she walked across parking lot. She was ok with some cuts and bruises but when she got upset the owner told her she was rude to his employee and he didn’t tolerate that she asked him that he could dish it out but couldn’t take it he told her she had 5 seconds to get off his property before he called the police on her. In short NEVER take your car to them they treat their customers like dirt unless you are one of their good ol boys."

"So we took my sons 4 Runner to Pops Shop because Progressive uses them and the lady that hit my sons truck used Progressive. My wife paid the bill over the phone. When we checked our account we found that Pops charged us $258.00 more than the invoice. When my wife called she was told “sweetly that is the cost of doing business”. If you pay with a debit card they charge a processing fee. So you pay $258.00 extra to pay your bill. We are working with Progressive to get our money back but be aware that this is how they do business."

"deserves a 0 star rating!!!! This company is working with Hank's Auto Glass to "fix" the chips and scratches they made in my husbands truck, which had a brand new paint job until going to Hanks. So, to try to save face Hank's was going to have the problem areas worked on at Pop's shop. We dropped off the truck on Monday and went back today to pick it up. Pop's made scratches all down the side and added more problems to the paint job. The manager was so rude and terrible with customer service he would not even look at the damage that occurred to the truck while it was in the shop there. They also don't care if you're a God fearing man or not. We just wanted the problems fixed!!! Not more created DO NOT take your vehicle here to be worked on! They will create more problems than solutions! Hopefully you won't have to learn the hard way and do not ever use this company. Vengeance is mine say-it the Lord."
