"Not too bad for any tire service"

"Extremely Disappointed with Tire Shop's Lack of Professionalism I recently visited this tire shop to get my tires changed, and the experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only did they fail to transfer my tire pressure sensors during the initial installation, but they also had the audacity to charge me for putting my old sensors on the new tires after I experienced an error message on my dashboard. To begin with, it is a basic expectation that when you go to a professional tire shop, they would take care of all necessary procedures during a tire change. However, the staff at this shop seemed completely oblivious to the importance of transferring the tire pressure sensors. As a result, I was left with a constant error message on my dashboard, which signaled the absence of proper tire pressure monitoring. When I brought the issue to their attention a few days later, I was appalled by their response. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence, they actually had the nerve to charge me for a service that should have been done correctly in the first place. It's absolutely unacceptable to burden the customer with additional costs for rectifying their own mistake. Moreover, the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly disappointing. They showed no remorse for the inconvenience caused or the fact that I had to make a second trip to their shop to fix their error. The overall customer service was abysmal, and it felt like they were more interested in making a quick buck than ensuring customer satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this tire shop unless you want to endure unnecessary hassles and additional charges. It's evident that they lack the attention to detail and basic understanding of customer service that one would expect from a reputable establishment. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and customer-focused tire shop that values your time and money. I sincerely hope that the management of this tire shop takes this review as constructive criticism and makes significant improvements to avoid similar incidents in the future."
