"I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Warren Tire compels me to share my story, hoping it can guide others who find themselves in need of not just tire services, but genuine, above-and-beyond customer care. Earlier today, my daughter called me in a panic reporting she had a flat tire and had pulled over into a local business. After a few frantic minutes on the phone calming her down, I suggested she make a call to roadside service to have the tire changed. While she was arranging to have the tire changed, I contacted Warren Tire to confirm they could either repair the tire or swap into a new one should it not be repairable. Talking with Ryan, he assured me they could handle whatever was coming their way. During my conversation, I shared my daughter was pulled over into a place of business less than 1 mile from their location and would be pulling in close to closing time. After a quick call to my daughter to update her on where to go and who to speak with once roadside had changed the tire, I received a call back from Ryan. What happened next was something I could have never anticipated. Ryan was sending a technician with a jack to change the tire and should roadside show up first, to call back and they’d cancel the call. I immediately called my daughter back to share the news. While I was talking with my daughter, roadside showed up. Thus, I called Ryan back to cancel the technician from driving over. Fast forward to my daughter arriving with the flat tire in the back of her truck. The tire was irreparable, and they didn’t have the right size. They installed a used tire (free of charge) of comparable dimensions and suggested we call their sister shop next week to get the right tire. This gives my daughter the confidence she’ll made it to her weekend events and can safely make it back to the Birmingham area this weekend. This act of going out of their way to ensure my daughter's safety and getting her back on the road as quickly as possible speaks volumes. To Warren Tire and especially to Ryan and Russ, I extend my deepest gratitude. You have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer for life. For anyone in need of tire services, know that Warren Tire doesn't just provide quality tire care; they offer peace of mind, showcasing a level of customer service that goes well beyond the norm. Highly recommend!"

"Called them to fix a leak in my valve stem. They answered immediately telling me they could do it. Drove up and within 20 minutes they fixed it and charged me hardly anything. Everyone is super kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend."

"I had these people recommended to me but I will not be back. When I walked in neither one of the guys seemed all that thrilled that I was there. A couple came in and they were treated much better than I was. They men even mad small talk with them. They over charged me. I have been to other places over the same issue and was charged no where near that much. The people who recommended me to this place got a much better price. They must have known someone. I hope it wasn’t because I am a woman."

"Update to a previous review. I can't say enough good things about this place. I went through some drama with a Subaru dealership's service center doing a really bad job installing a new set of tires. New tech. Bad balancing machine. Lack of caring. Car rode badly afterward. Ended up taking the car here while visiting my UA student son. I wasn't sure what could be done, but I knew the car wasn't right. Warren Tire Pros rebalanced the tires the right way, and the ride was 100% better. Even though they're 2.5 hours from the house, I opted to take a second vehicle here when it came to getting a new set of tires. No issues. Done right the first time. Good people. RTR."
