Jack's

"The fried chicken salad I ordered was awful. The salad consited if small strips of shredded lettus with three tiny tiny pieces of cold bacon. Also what was about a half piece of a chicken finger and some shredded cheese. This was over $7. They need to get out of the salad business. Other fast food places like Wendy's are way above in the salad department. They failed to give me my salad dressing and i had to go back and wait for someone to acknowledge me standing there. There were not any napkins available for customers. The trash department was overflowing I couldn't put my task inside the can. This place hasn't been open long and already beginning to show decline. The managers need to get things under control."

"2/19/24 around 1pm Just awful. Me and my employee, along with another group of guys that had already ordered when we walked in, stood in amazement as we watched the entire jacks crew moving as slow as humanly possible to make orders. One guy in the back cooking and on a cellphone, girl running the register seemed as if she was just absolutely miserable and no interest in being there at all. Food was bad when we got it we barely ate any and threw it away. Tried to get a refill same girl running register looked at me and walked away so I filled my tea myself (this is not a self serve jacks for drinks). The girl at the drive thru was the only one trying at all. I rarely review fast food unless it's to praise but this was bad bad."

"This Jack's is everything a Jack's should be. Great food delivered in a fast and orderly manner, excellent service from wonderful people, and impeccable atmosphere that stands out from all the other Jack's locations I've been to over the years. Even their ice cream is good! This is probably one of the only places I'll give a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend this little chicken joint, especially if you're looking for somewhere with a cozy Southern vibe."

"I placed my order online. Just a simple order of a large potato and gravy and a drink. When I got to the window, they didn't hand me my drink and pretty much acting like I was lying about paying for it. Ok, whatever, I get my drink and go home. When I get home, I open my gravy up this, and idk how on earth y'all think that's a gravy serving for four folks but ok. Y'all should be giving people what they pay for."

"Not really sure how a 4 piece dinner with double mash potatoes and no gravy comes out to be a single fried chicken filet and two portions of mashed potatoes smothered in gravy. . . Must be the Jack’s secret menu item."
