"I am a very loyal customer to this location but they always always leave something out of my bag. This time it was my kids 2 small fries. The customer service is great. But they might need retrained on order accuracy. It makes me not want to come back when I spend my money there and don't get everything I paid for"
"Great Jack's restaurant. Food is good the people are sweet and its just a nice place to go wit the family. Also in the cold they have a great roaring fireplace."

"They were obviously training some new employees, so I will try to be gracious. But 1 of the 2 burger orders were wrong and a third had been charged. Even the manager here was unable or willing to face the register system as everything would have needed to have been voided and reentered. They were kind enough to offer a pie or 2 (maybe that was an equal in value item). The food was hot & tasted like it should, in fact the fries were excellent as multiple people in our group stated. It did get a little busy with half a dozen customers coming in right after us. Just expect a little longer to order and be patient when receiving something not quite as requested, until they get their feet under them that is."
"I have given this Jack’s so many chances and they can’t ever get it right. I e ordered a cheeseburger just to get home and find there is no cheese on the burger. I’ve ordered and been told to pull forward after paying only for them to forget to even make my food. After 15 minutes I walked in and the girl literally said “I forgot to drop your chicken” as she ran to the back when there was no customers in the store. And now I ask for 2 extra honey mustards because the half full one they give you is never enough only to be given 2 cups that are only 1/4 full. It honestly looks like they saved used ones and are giving them back out in the drive thru. Go to Slim chickens or Chick-fil-A instead."
