"I’ve worked in restaurants for 8 years and I have never seen worse service - Waffle House cares more. Server was overwhelmed with 1 table in an empty restaurant. Every drink we ordered was not available with no effort to suggest alternatives. Mac and Cheese was freezer-burnt to oblivion. I didn’t think it was possible but chicken fingers took 93 minutes to reach the table from the time we ordered. After serving 1 plate every 5 minutes to our party until all but 2 plates were on the table, the restaurant apologized by comping just desserts and auto-gratting 20%. I could understand if the restaurant was understaffed but 2-3 employees were cleaning around the table while we waited 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes for burgers and nachos - I’m unsure the server ever put in our order at all. I don’t think I could recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy without apologizing in advance."
"I’m giving the 205 a five star rating. I didn’t enjoy any food; I could not provide a rating for food. However I did order a Paloma while I admired the view of Downtown Tuscaloosa. Went to The 205 to check it out for a potential baby shower venue for approximately 30 people is perfect. The staff was friendly and professional. There was no problem receiving the sales/event coordinator information. The Sales/event coordinator responded promptly to our email inquiry. Conveniently located. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of free parking."
"Ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was a $6 up charge and looked about half a chicken breast. Tasted good but not worth $16"
"(Located on the sixth floor of Homewood Suites) I stayed at Homewood Suites for two weeks and ordered here a few times. I ordered the Elevated Burger several times. Tried it with the chips and with the fries. Picked up and dined in. I ordered the wings once. Big letdown. They were sauced but not seasoned. On a positive note, the customer service was spot on. One time the order took longer than anticipated, so they threw in a little extra for the inconvenience. If staying at Homewood Suites, you have to visit at least once."
