"Ordered a bowl of chili only to be sent home with a tiny cup which they apparently call a "bowl". Paid $15 for nothing. Make sure to ask to see their container sizes. Their portions have shrunk big times as others have noted."

"I walked all the way from over by the Student Center to get something from Newks for the first time. I ordered pasta salad, fruit salad, and a brownie. However, once I got back to my dorm , I didn’t see my brownie in the bag. The guy who took my order seemed to have trouble hearing I waited about a good few minutes before getting my order so I don’t see why I didn’t even get my dang brownie. Very disappointed I tired myself out to walk all the way there just to have my order AND my name messed up now my feet hurt !! I never will be eating from there again . My order number was 10168 and total was $21.20 just to not even get my brownie !!!!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY DINING DOLLARS!! Y’all should be ashamed of y’all selves. Brownie on the receipt but I don’t have it ?!! How dreadful."

"Best salad in town!! No one is competing with their salads, it is not even close. The flavors and variety they offer is unmatched. I will say I got the salad/soup combo and the lobster bisque was not my favorite. It wasn't very hot and it did not have the best seasonings. It was sweet which was not my favorite however the salad made up for it. The service is super fast. They can handle a lot of volume and are in their element even with busy/large crowds. Staff was super attentive and the atmosphere was really up beat. We sat on the patio and it was a great spot for lunch. Will be back for amazing salads!!"

"Let’s talk about shrinkage. I know that the pandemic has caused lots of issues with packaging, but this to-go salad cost me more than $15 and it’s just a little larger than a side salad at most places. I’ve had this salad to go before, and it was much larger - the same size as what you would get eating in at the restaurant. I can’t imagine that this is the same size that fit in those huge bowls. Anyway, the food is good like always, I just don’t think the to-go portion reflects the eat-in portion or the price."

"Ate here while visiting family. Brother in law had mac and cheese. Son and I split a supreme pizza. Wife had a salad. Been long time between when we were there vs this post. I remember the pizza was very good. The kalamata olives really made the difference. Great tasting. Crust was just crispy enough and it was normal. Don't like thin crust. Apparently it's a favorite of the in laws and I remember thinking I agreed. Atmosphere was cool. Great music in background. I'd go there again when we visit. I had some nice video to capture the atmosphere but having trouble attaching it."
