"I mean, it's dominos so the food is what you'd expect of dominos. The problem is they've become incredibly slow. We're talking 15+ min waiting in the car pick up line without moving. This has happened twice in the last two weeks. Our food was done (according to the pizza tracker) but we didn't get it for some time. My kids love pizza but we'll be going someplace else next time."
"After a 45 min wait for our pizza delivery, I called to find out how much longer (website said 19-29 min for delivery). The person on the phone said 3 hours due to only having 1 driver. 3 hours?! No one wants to wait 3 hours! They should call delivery orders and ask if they want to wait that long. Not cool Dominos."
"I needed 15 pizzas for a birthday party on a Friday night, which also happened to be on National Pizza Day. I called the evening before to place the order asking for a 6pm pickup. I arrived on the day of, at approximately 5:45, and the order was being worked. The friendly staff was courteous and helpful, including helping load up my car with the order. I was leaving at 6:05, with a fresh, correct, and prompt pile of pizzas. I know some locations can have trouble sometimes being shorthanded, but this location did an excellent job. It was the kind of experience that can earn or keep business. They get my vote for the best Domino's location in town."
"This is what y’all deliver??? This is terrible. And when I called, you tell me I have to bring the pizza to y’all for proof? And when I offer to send you an email with these pictures as proof, you say that’s not allowed. So I have to waste my gas to bring something Back that y’all messed up??? Poor food quality, poor customer service, poor delivery service. don’t go here y’all. AWFUL!!!"
"Order was 15 minutes late. We got handed the wrong order. Guy got us our order a couple minutes later. All in all took 20 minutes longer than it should have. On arrival back on home, we found our parm bites had nothing on them, same with our cinnamon bites. Plain bread. Our extra Buffalo sauce pizza also had no Buffalo sauce on it. I work in food industry, I don't complain much, but I can tell you this was just plain laziness. Ain't no way homie didn't notice 3 blaring mistakes."
