"Ordered Pizzas at 8:57 pm from Pizza Hut on Madison Blvd online with a ready time at 9:15. When I arrived the guy said he could not find a record of my order was I sure I ordered from this store I told him yes I was. He looked again and said sorry we can't make any more Pizzas tonight even though the store doesn't close until 10pm. He gave me some stupid answer that they were closing to get ready for Super Bowl Sunday. Why this stupid store doesn't even allow dine in anymore. I always liked pizza hut but will never go to a pizza hut again. If this manager is like all the rest of your store managers I don't know how pizza hut is still open!"
"The staff were rude and unpleasant. The first person saw me and walked to the back. Second person comes out sees me, no greeting or anything then finally decides to ask "did I have an online order". You shouldn't want people with this kind of attitude working in your establishment. We are all going through things but when you have a job to do, you are supposed to do it to the best of your ability. Only thing good was my pizza."
"My pizza was delivered on time, 25 minutes after ordered. I paid for extra toppings, I got extra toppings. Pizza was not greasy. Delivery driver was nice. 5 ⭐️’s Great Job"
"Worst Pizza Hut ever! I keep giving this location a try because my 11 year old daughter keeps asking for a pizzahut. But after today I will no longer come to this location. There is never a manager on site for any problems. This location only hires pretty much teenagers. The pizza that was handed to me tonight literally look like it was thrown together a slice by slice. And the dough wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I asked for a manager and no one was available."
"Went to pick up an online order. They ran out of large pan pizza dough and substituted 2 mediums for my Super Supreme. These pizzas were AWESOME! Perfectly cooked and covered with toppings. One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had."
