"Disappointed with this Burger King's Interpretation of "Have it Your Way" As a long-time fan of Burger King's "Have it your way" slogan, I have always appreciated the notion that customization is at the heart of their service. However, my recent visit to the Burger King location on February 8, 2024, left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Upon placing my order at the drive-through—a Double Whopper with cheese, specifically requesting no onions and no pickles—I was confident that my meal would be prepared to my specifications. After all, I had checked the menu board to ensure my order was correctly entered and even reviewed my receipt, both of which indicated my preferences accurately. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I arrived home, eager to enjoy my meal, only to find that what awaited me was a single Whopper, filled with pickles and onions, and lacking the cheese I had paid for. It was a far cry from the customized experience I had expected, and it left me questioning Burger King's commitment to their slogan. While I understand that the fast-food industry is often plagued by staffing issues, it's unacceptable for a customer to receive a completely different order than what was requested and paid for. It's disheartening to see that "Have it your way" now apparently means "take what we feel like putting in the bag." In light of this experience, I urge Burger King—and other fast-food establishments—to prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction, even in the face of staffing challenges. No customer should have to hold up the line or meticulously check their order to ensure they receive what they paid for. Overall, my recent visit to Burger King was marred by disappointment and frustration. Unless significant improvements are made to ensure order accuracy and adherence to customer preferences, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this location to others."

"There was a customer who is commonly known now a days as a Karen, I thought the employees handled it well"

"I went to get a sausage and croissant. It was 10:15 am they said they was out of egg, but I could get any breakfast sandwich just not with eggs, but still charging the same price for a regular sandwich. These restaurants need to do better. They prices have went up, but the quality haven't."

"The food was ok, but they got my order wrong. The fries were cold and bland. The dining area was clean. Service was fast. The women's bathroom smelled like something died in there, it was bad enough that I was gagging."

"Terrible service. I pay at the drive thru window and they tell me to pull around the building and wait in the parking lot for my food. They do this when nobody else is in line. This is a practice meant to take the order off the clock and show it as complete to corporate. Lying cheaters. They do it all the time at this location. The picture shows the new crispy chicken sandwich."
