"I would love to speak to corporate but nobody seems to have there number?!??!? This is the second time my employees have picked up a dangerous vehicle after Mavis performed brake work. Northport location worked on it first recommend pads and rotors due to scrubbing noises and brakes smoking … the calipers fell off and were scraping the wheels. Keep in mind only 400 miles since they installed the rotors etc in the pics!!!!! This could have killed someone. After sitting at Mavis 6 days awaiting on warranty repairs the 69 location the brake lights still on the truck has scrubbing nosies when braking!!!! Never had a brake light previous to them performing work Allen said they would take care of it Recommend over $1000 worth of work not related to my brakes . Why would I let them touch any thing else if they can’t fix the brake problem they charged me nearly $500 and I still have a truck with no brakes damaged wheels etc Why is there. No posted district manager or corporate office number!! Note: I believe Allen the manager did all he could to help he was off today when the truck was returned to us."
"I took my vehicle to the new Mavis store on 69 south. And they did great work for me. I was having an issue with my brakes and they got it in quickly and did a tire rotation and alignment all very quickly. They had great customer service. Will definetly go back for future services."

"The team at this location was really awesome. They kept us up to date about everything that was going on. I like that oil changes are by appointment, so I feel like I'm not going to sit for hours. It's also convenient for when they have to get parts as they can get the part in a few minutes. There is also food options right next door. Definitely will be coming back for future services."
