"Farley-Hysaw did a great job installing two new AC units for me today. They were on time and did my installs in about five hours. Every member of their team was courteous and respectful of my property. I can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend Farley-Hysaw for any and all of your AC/Heating needs. By the way, the price was very reasonable!"

"What I liked most about Farley and Hysaw is that even on a super busy day if you call during regular business hours they make every effort to come that same day and if they show up after 5 pm you don't get billed after hours fees because you placed your request during regular business hours - they were just that busy that day with so many calls that it took them until after 5 pm to get to you. Most companies would call you back to reschedule. This says to me that they go above and beyond for their customers. The technicians also have the ability to take payments on the spot. They show you the invoice, email it to you, and email the receipt. It is nice to know things are taken care of immediately and that i don't have to wait around for a bill in the mail with a surprise amount."

"Had a sun room added to our home and my contractor chose them provide the heating and cooling unit in August of 2016. After the unit was installed there were a couple of things they needed to do to finish the job. I called several times over the next four months speaking to a lady I assume is the receptionist and one time to Steve and informed her/him that I owed them for the unit and install. In January of 2017 I called again and informed them that I owed them some money for work started in August but not complete. I told them as soon as they finished the install I would pay the money. They came out finished the job and two weeks later I get a bill for more than the bid. They do very good work but need to evaluate their accounting practices and improve on the customer service."

"I had a leak in my ceiling caused by a leaking drip pan under my a/c. Steve Hysaw came out personally after hours to inspect and fix the problem. He said the pan would need replacing and scheduled a time for the replacement. He even reduced the price by allowing me to help install the pan. The problem was the billing. I handed Steve a check for his overtime, afterhours visit on the day he came out. I offered to pay the technicians when they came to install the new drip pan, but they said I would be billed. After a week or two, I called the company to say that I had not received a bill and offered to pay by credit card over the phone but was told to wait until I got the bill. Four months later, the bill arrived. The first check had never been cashed, but was reported on the bill as a "bad check." Also, the due date on the bill was the day before the postmark on the envelope. These folks are good people who do good work but need help with their accounting and customer service."
