"At approximately 515 pm I went inside to order what I usually do which is a #5 sandwiches only & add a large fry. The lady took my order. The amount was about 50 cents more than usual. I paid & as I waited, I examined the receipt & also looked at the prices to see if there was a price increase & there wasn't so I pointed out the discrepancy to the lady that bagged my order because it was to go. Her name was chrissy & she immediately solved the issue. I am pleased with her resolve & it was done quickly & professional. It was a honest mistake & it's my opinion that both the lady's deserve praise for doing an excellent job! The restaurant was clean & the condiments well stocked & the food was great...A+"
"The place is great to eat at but the current GM is so petty, which makes working at this location rough, luckily some of us have moved on. Great place to eat and pray for the workers."
"Got a cold Big Jack sandwich after waiting about 20 minutes for four cars to get through the line. The sandwich wasn't even lukewarm it, just room temperature. This is the first time I've had bad service at a Jack's, I won't be returning to this location."
"Very disappointed in Jack's. They had me waiting almost 30 minutes and I wasn't the only one. Bad management and food was getting mixed up . The line was going out the door when I left. First time I have ever experienced this at any fast food restaurant"
"Went January 30th around 11:50am, all out food was cold except the fries. The burger tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours; the bun was hard and cold, the cheese wasn’t even warm like usually. When I opened the wrapper up everything was everywhere. We didn’t get any of our sauces. I would never recommend this Jacks and hope it get shuts down for the poor quality in food and the horrible customer service. With how long it took for them to get the food out, it was shocking how cold the food was."
