"I don't like having to use a kiosk. They have to come to the counter to take your money. Why can't they take your order too. They will let you stand there waiting and ignore you if you don't use the kiosk. It's ridiculous... and I have found this to be the case at many of the McDonalds across the country."
"They wouldn't hand me my food for doordash had me wait 12 minutes for them to hand me 1 quarterpounder I use to work for mcdonalds and I know for a fact no matter how busy it is it don't take that long to make 1 quarterpounder. It was the younger girls that work there that where inconsiderate and rude. People like me that rely on doordash to pay the bills know that time is everything and I will not accept another doordash from this area again everytime I go there they hold my orders."
"Arrived 1020 AM, Waited in line for 12 minutes behind 1 car. Get to order screen, 1032. I'm sorry we stopped serving breakfast at 1030. I could hear conversation, they were training new person. So much for customer service, I drove off. Not first time issue, it is truly possible to go through McDonalds drive through without the first greeting, or saying a word. What ever happened to "Welcome to McDonalds, how may I help you?" Or "Thank you for stopping, have a nice day". No, its stick a bag in your face........"
"Line was sorta long, so we had a little bit of a wait in it... We had like 3 large adult combos with 1 being a 10 nuggets & the other 2 burger meals, then all 3 of those had a LG frappe drink with them (in place of the fountains of course) & my 5 yr old got his regular Happy Meal 6pcs, fries & apples both with a chocolate shake (in place of his drink also)... W"
