"It's your average Pizza Hut. The service is great, for what they can do. This store has been notoriously understaffed forever. I truly wish they'd have kept the old restaurant with eat-ins instead of going to this, very small, inconveniently placed one. It is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. However, the food is good, and using the app is the best way to get the best deals."

"I understand being busy on a Saturday night, however, it took 2 hours from the time we placed our order to finally recieve our pizza. When it did arrive the pizza and wings were both cold. We only live 2.6 miles from the store we placed the order from. We won't be ordering from pizza hut again."
"Awful experience. If you do curbside pickup they get confused and just never bring your food. So I went in and got it after getting tired of waiting. The cinnamon rolls were microscopic and they missed them with the icing apparently. The cheese sticks were leathery and the pizzas were unremarkable. I drove past a papa johns and a Marcos on the way. I think I'll just order from them next time. They can't do much worse"
"They WILL take your money and allow you to place your order online but WILL NOT deliver to the Best Western beside Loves. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call. Sorry, we don't deliver there. Papa John's DOES deliver to the best western, so they got my business."
