"Ordered mozzarella sticks and 1 pretzel twist through door dash. Instead they sent 3 pretzel twist and NO Mozarella sticks. Their reasoning: they were out of cheese sticks. So instead of a refund, they assumed I wanted 3 pretzel twists! No solution other than bringing my receipt by there tomorrow for them to give me the cheese sticks. Guy on other end was very very rude!"
"I’ve ordered a blast or shake from this location multiple times and they’ve never been blended. Not once. Sonic is known for its blasts and shakes and workers can’t even be bothered to mix the ingredients? Done dining here."
"Just ordered from doordash and ordered $50 worth of food and the dasher dropped it off and half of it was NOT there!! Ordered combos and got no sides, no sauces, an absolute waste of freaking money. I tried to call the store multiple times and they WOULD NOT ANSWER. I don’t leave reviews often but this really ticks me off."
"Horrible experience. Manager taking orders was rude. Forced to go through drive thru. No onion rings, which was the thing we wanted most. Ordered tater tots and the taste was awful. The oil clearly hasn't been changed in God knows how long.. Ordered a supersonic double bacon cheeseburger. No bacon. Meat was cold and hard. Top it all off slushy was melted. No slush"
