"I placed a mobile order and after picking it up I realized a lot of the order was missing from the bag, the main food items were not even included even though it was displayed on the receipt attached to the bag. This circumstance coupled with my drink being served to me without a single ice cube brings me no other choice but to rate this location and experience a 1 star. I want to be transparent so that management can respond accordingly to these issues that are of great importance in the fast food industry. I’m hopeful that this location will improve."
"Just went through the drive thru and attempted to get 2 Sonic blasts, and was told rather rudely that the ice cream machine is down. There were several customers in line and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Customer service here always leaves much to be desired but I can't help but wonder if the ice cream machine being down is connected to how busy they were both times this happened."
"Love the fact that my grilled cheese was toasted perfected. Usually I go to different sonics and it half cooked and melted, but they did great. Guy forgot my ketchup but the customer service was still good."
"Just left the drive thru at 4:10 pm. The female at the window, never addressed me once. I ordered the #6 with a strawberry cream slush. I couldn’t get the cream slush because she said they weren’t selling ice cream. After 17 minutes in line with only 1 car in front of me, she gave me my hotdog without fries in the bag and my slush. I asked where the fries were, and she said fries don’t come with the #6. I then had to go back thru the line this time 2 cars ahead of me, and 24 minutes later the same none speaking female sold me a small fry for 4+ dollars, without saying hi or bye. Make it make sense. I just moved in walking distance of this place, and will never return."
"Stop by Sonic on my way to work the one 15th street in Tuscaloosa and this is what they served me the chill was burnt on my food but couldn’t take it back because I was at work and didn’t notice it until I got to work this should’ve never been served to anyone so don’t go there to eat because it’s like they don’t care what they serve you"
