"Paul did a good job with our light fixtures the first time that we hired him last year. The second time, he had agreed to do another project, and we were at the scheduling stage. Paul pushed the date back a couple of times due to issues with his back and other reasons, which was understandable. Then, Paul ceased all communication and just ghosted us. We were strung along for weeks before he just stopped answering and never contacted me back after leaving him messages. We were left starting over looking for an electrician when we could have had the job done weeks ago, had he simply just told us that he didn't have time or was already booked solid. We never received a reason. If I find out there was a legitimate reason why, I'll adjust my review. In any profession, I think it's unacceptable to agree to perform work, and then just never show up or communicate."
