"Don't even shop around. I looked all over Macomb County and half a dozen on line stores. It's family owned and operated, Vanessa sold me the hottub. She was so nice and knowledgeable, her and brother Branden setup my spa. They delivered it exactly where I wanted it checked that it sat well on the spot and wiped it down. I highly recommend. The bad reviews must be a past employee or something.! Ha. Thanks for my spa!!"

"Cj pools is not close to my house but it is well worth the drive the staff is friendly an amazing an will go out there way to help you I bought a house a year ago not knowing the condition of my pool an when I opened it in the spring the water was almost black an I was almost ready to tear the pool down until I went to cj pools they gave me everything I needed to treat the water an also figure the sand filter situation while in the treatment process my water pump caught fire an I needed one they had one there on hand they helped me so much I definitely would refer all my friends to go there for any of there pool needs"

"This was my first hot tub purchase. When the hot tub was delivered the owners son assembled the cover to our hot tub. Everything seemed OK after they left. Approximately three hours later a tear developed in the cover. It was clearly evident that the owner son had the attachment points too low or too tight which ripped the cover attachment points. For over a year I was promised a new cover. It never showed up. One false promises after another. Very disappointed buyers beware. My rating is two stars based on the fact that the hot tub performs well however still do not have a cover that performs correctly."
