"I visited on a slow Sunday morning with the intention of purchasing several items from the firearms department. I waited over 55 minutes then finally left. There is zero urgency to assist customers. I complained to a manager and who just made excuses. He informed me only a certain number of clerks are able to sell guns. Maybe this is the issue. Everyone working at the firearms counter should be able to help. With the number of complaints I see in the reviews, maybe the system is broken and needs to be fixed. You’re not only hurting your business but you are make your customers miserable. At one point I witnessed a clerk scolding another clerk for using the wrong computer to process a firearm. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
"We met Don this evening and he was great setting up my son's bow. He recently set up a friend's kid's bow who recommended to come here when Braeden's arrived from Christmas. We purchased a target block for practice. Thank you Don!"
"Love Cabela's. The store has just about every hunting and sporting good that you could ever want. I picked up one of their heated jackets for a last minute Christmas gift. They still had a big selection in stock. The check out process was timely and the staff friendly. Recommend you check it out."

"I would just like to say the Santa that was there today on 11/9/2023 is awesome. We visited the store not knowing Santa was there yet and my son wanted to see him. The Santa was very patient, compassionate and interacted with my son for a good 10 minutes. Previous Santa’s we’ve seen took a picture and waved and left it at that. Very impressed."
