"Do you guys have to work on your outdoor material loading. I sat there for 20 minutes. Why people drove by me didn’t even ask me for help you had guys cleaning garbage up and stocking insulation."
"Visited on the 7th of Feb. Went to standard 72 inch bifold closet doors. Just wanted simple standard pine doors. An older short man assisted us and took us to the doors and said this the only one that fit . They 40 lbs a peice should have refused listening to this idiot. I am sure these weren't the only doors. Thanks.recomend don't listen to them"
"I came in earlier to return an item that was $130 and the lady at the customer service counter rudely turned me away because the item was a “Ray’s List” item (for those who don’t know, it’s a non-returnable item). What this lady didn’t realize was that the store manager can decide based on the need of the department the item came from. With this knowledge I called and got confirmation to return the item. I got the guys name who authorized the return (which came in clutch) and went back for a successful return. The reason why I give five stars is because on my return trip, about 10 awesome people made up for the one rude lady and it’s not fair to point out the bad without pointing out the good. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it."
"Stephen was amazing....he went above and beyond to help my wife/I design our closet. He even went as far as letting us go shop for some other products while he picked/loaded to flat bed carts of product that we needed. What a great person to have on staff....what a great guy. Thank you Stephen for making our day...now off to installing which is another story ;-)."
"I don't get out this way often, but I needed an item I can only purchase at this store. The store was clean. Plus the employees were polite and friendly. It wasn't that busy, just a steady flow of people. At checkout, it was only about 4 lanes open. Our cashier was efficient and her line moved quickly"
