"Was so excited to buy a new riding lawn mower. Went to cut lawn and mower would not start. Battery dead. Had to jump start mower. When I called to ask for a new battery, was told to contact the manufacturer. Really, you sell non working mowers and then tell the customer to deal with the manufacturer? Bad business practices, Lowe’s. Hey, no worries, you got thousands of dollars for a mower that didn’t even work."
"Ordered Larson screen doors in 2020 and have been nothing but junk,,,thry are the more or most expensive type this store carries and have had Sam the installer out twice to fix them. Both front and back screens are broke, top plastic pieces that allow the slider to go shut is notorious for breaking every 6 months. The counter just says it's Larson problem now. I've purchased many things from here and won't go back. Calling lowes customer service as 6k for 2 doors should get you a better door than what was on the last 30 years with no problems! The Larsons screen doors do look nice however,,,,just sickening how they function"
