"I couldn’t find anyone willing to unlock the fitting rooms. I noticed two other customers seeking to do the same. I had other items to purchase too, but i gave up and left without buying anything. I ended up giving my money to another store for athletic wear at a much better price. In the end, I suppose it worked out for me but I will not return to this Dunham's."

"(Lied to TWICE) Dunham's is regularly poorly staffed. If you can find what you need on your own, great! If you can't, don't bother talking to an associate, they'll give you the impression that you're bothering them and even lie to your face about it. My experience just now... A brunette woman associate (with a disgruntled look on her face before I even talked to her) told me that they regularly receive crushed boxes from the Distribution Center, when I asked about what looked like a returned Century Punching Bag stand that had already been opened, with the box clearly beaten up with extra holes in it, and retaped. She said that they don't accept returns for that, so it would have arrived from the distribution center that way and that they regularly receive crushed boxes like that. But, the box's plastic retention straps on the outside were missing, and the crimp mark impressions they leave on the cardboard box corners during shipping were still visible. When she went to open the package for me to inspect what was there, as it was re-taped, she found that it was already open on the other side, so she just lifted the lid. When she opened it up, she doubled down on it coming from the distribution center that way, without me saying anything to prompt her to say that again. So, I pointed out that all the bolts and nuts aren't going to unpackage themselves from the shrinkwrap sheet inside the package during shipment. That's just not a thing. She didn't say another word at that point, I then closed the box, thanked her for the help, and then immediately left the store."

"Very nice sporting store, I bought a Trail Camera, but they need a couple of electric carts for the handicap...my first visit there was an electric cart & I was impressed, but when I went back a couple days later they didn't have one. When I asked the sales person they said, "we never had any." One was sitting there as I came thru the door & "I had one & I was surprised!!!! I'm not crazy!"

"Wanted to exchange kids rollerblades ( bought with a coupon) for a larger size. They wanted to charge me full price due to me not having another coupon. Got a refund , never to return."

"Awesome store. They actually had ammo in stock, which has been hard to find. Needed to pick some up towards my husbands birthday. Price was fair. Not great. But the prices have been slowly coming back down. Clean store. Very nice staff."
