"This place is an absolute scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased earrings from the Jay Legend Jewelers kiosk outside the front of the store. The earrings were $80.00 - they seemed nice until I inspected further. The backs of the earring were bent. And they were extremely flexible. There is no way it is actually sterling silver as advertised. The earrings made my ears bleed and turn red. They are not safe to be in somebody’s ear. I wouldn’t have had an issue if I was able to return the earrings. The employee told me that they do not do refunds. I argued and said that they weren’t real and I want a refund. And he laughed at me and said no. He proceeded to show me other bent earrings and he claimed that they are “supposed to be flexible” as he’s bending another pair. What a clown. I ended up swapping the earrings for a horrible chain that is most likely completely fake and trash quality as well. It’s an obvious scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE. PLEASE. The jewelry is fake. The quality is laughable. The company is shady and unprofessional."
