"If I could give no stars I would. For a store like this I would have expected better customer service. I ordered something online and put required signature because it wasn’t cheap. Got an email saying been delivered. Never received it, called and they said someone signed that doesn’t even have the same last name. They wouldn’t refund me the money they wouldn’t replace it. I have to wait 20 days until they figured out with fedex and refund me my money back. On top of it I get lectured on how I shouldn’t by online and I should go to the store or give gift cards. Now I’m out of the money until they figured it out and out is the gift few days before Christmas. Never going there again!"
"Worst Customer Service!!! Ordered From Saks Fifth Online & They Had My Order Setting For 3 Days Without Shipping Out But Apparently Had A Label Created For It (which I seen via fed ex with tracking number). Now, They Are Telling Me They Are Going To Ship It Out Over Night & It’s Their “Apologies”. Very Unacceptable! Also, very rude customer service worker in men’s department. Called me a “nigger” & lied to his manager and said I talked to him in derogatory remarks, which was a blatant lie! I love Saks Fifth, but i’ll make sure this one specifically will never see my money or business again!"

Saks has the best variety of designer clothing for the family. I personally know all of your shopping needs will be fulfilled. The atmosphere always gives me a warm filling inside. I highly recommend this business."
"I had the best experience at Saks this weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I went in specifically for a Bond No. 9 fragrance, but I wasn’t sure which one. The nicest young woman helped me and recommended fragrances I genuinely loved. She made sure I knew it was the one I wanted. She was helpful, informative, and really kind. I ordered exactly what I wanted with no hiccups! Excellent customer service"
