"We went to Claire's oakland mall and got my daughter's ears piercing. Everything was okay, but after some days, the earnings fell out, and we went there to reput them but she said that we have to buy a new set of earings and she reject to put our same one's even if we pay for it!!"

"I came in on Sunday afternoon, around 4pm to get an auricle piercing. I'm being honest when I say that the line was huge with only two ladies taking care of both the piercings and the store. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were super fast yet precise, helpful and taking care of all the people."
"I recently got my second piercing at this claires. I had an excellent experience, and the store workers were wonderful. My only complaint is that I bought a pair of 10 mm huggies that had little metal feather dangles, and I was really excited to wear them, but when I tried to put them in for the FIRST time, the feather broke off completely. I wasn't even being rough with them, since my second piercing still hurt. I tried glue and will update if it works, but the fact I had to write this review at all is still frustrating... overall great experience"
"I wanted to get my ears pierced. We were determining where to place the earring and specifically said the mark on the ear was good. Claudia without giving me a heads up pierced my ears. She messed it up, one was clearly lower than the other. We told her we weren't ready and she kept saying we had a 30 day warranty to fix it. I don't care if it's a 30 day warranty or no warranty, you messed up. It took you 15 minutes to realize that you messed up and then say sorry? What made me angrier was that once the piercing was over and I said it was crooked she said I could take the earrings out and not purchase it. Terrible customer service would not recommend coming, however, their store manager is truly amazing I would recommend only getting it done by her."
