"Michaels has a UPS courier parcel pickup service where you can go to pick up packages and parcels that could not be delivered to your residence (or the address provided). The people working the counter are very courteous and do their best to get parcels to the customer. People looking to pick up a parcel should allow an extra day after they receive their notification from UPS before going to Michaels to pick up the package/parcel because it usually takes a day for UPS to drop the item off at Michaels. NOTE: The UPS delivery folks have incorrectly sent me to the Kohls store (on 3 occasions) in the same mall, instead of the Michael's store."
