"First time I ever purchased anything from Swarovski was online. However, the order I received was for a different customer. I took it into this location (mind you, this location was not the reason for the mix up). I spoke with Jennifer who was super apologetic even though she personally did nothing wrong. Explained to me she would handle the mistake with the corporate office herself and refunded me my original order. She even had the correct earrings I purchased in store and was able to give me 15% off due to a sale they were offering at the time. She was fantastic and easy to work with. When I purchase earrings for myself I hope she is there to assist me. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and the empathy she had. Highly recommend"
