"My elderly Mom and teenage daughter went to purchase charms for me for Mother’s Day to go on the bracelet they purchased for me for Christmas-same location. Both agree the associate-Winter-was rude and acted irritated. My teen clearly states/asks “isn’t it her job to help or suggest? Not everyone who comes in knows exactly what they want” Worse, this is same associate who sold them the bracelet and charms at Christmas and her attitude was the same!"
"Worst Pandora Store in Michigan. My wife and I have gone to multiple stores and never found a store so disorganized . They made us check in and told us 20min wait. A glance on the tablet showed us that we had 5 people ahead of us. 20min later two people were served and we asked how many people were in front of us and if they had an estimate. 4 people and about 20min. OK I thought maybe I mistook 5 for 6. Another 20min passed and another 2 people were called. We started to be impatient and asked. This time it was three people left. Now I started wondering. They rotated the crew and after three people being served. We were supposed to be next. We waited almost an hour and finally got to ask for what we came for. It was so obvious that the crew had let their friends and family cut the lines when the store was already full. We hinted at the Store Manager that something was out of line but were just waved away. I am sad I have to give one star but this is so unprofessional it had to be this low. This needs fixing."
