My experience with this firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and accountability, which ultimately led to a significant breakdown in the attorney-client relationship. Rather than upholding their responsibilities and protecting my family's interests, they actively worked against them. The claim that I "spent all the estate money against [their] advice and counsel" is a testament to their incompetence as legal counsel. Every financial decision I made was made under their supposed expertise, and if there were issues with fund management, it reflects their inability to guide me effectively. To make matters worse, they decided to withdraw from multiple ongoing cases, leaving me to navigate complex legal matters alone. This is an abandonment of their duty as attorneys, especially at a time when I needed representation the most. Their incompetence and negligence placed me in an incredibly precarious position, forcing me to face numerous legal challenges without proper guidance. Furthermore, their insistence on an unpaid attorney fee balance of approximately $12,000, prioritizing their fees over their client's welfare, is appalling. Their primary duty should have been to represent my best interests, not aggressively pursue payment for services that have proven detrimental. Their recommendation to file objections to the accounting in the conservatorship matter is simply a desperate attempt to shift blame. I should not have had to resort to this if they had performed their job competently from the start. Their suggestion highlights their lack of accountability for their failures and their failure to manage time effectively with their clients. In conclusion, XUEREB LAW GROUP PC has been a complete letdown and a betrayal of trust. They failed to uphold their professional obligations and demonstrated a complete disregard for their client's well-being. Their withdrawal from multiple cases further underscores their negligence and incompetence. I would strongly advise against seeking their legal services. My experience with them has been nothing but a costly and distressing ordeal, and I intend to explore all legal avenues to hold them accountable for their actions.
