"I have been a loyal customer of this insurance company for over 4 years, but my recent experience with their agent, Rita Smith, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Since being transferred to her after my previous agent left the company, I have encountered numerous issues that have left me extremely dissatisfied. First and foremost, the prices of my insurance policies suddenly skyrocketed after being assigned to Rita Smith. This unexpected increase in premiums was already a cause for concern, but the real problem lies in her inability to effectively communicate with customers. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to her through calls and emails, she never bothered to respond. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer service left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I reached a breaking point when I decided to switch insurance companies due to Rita Smith's negligence. I sent an email and placed a phone call to her on February 1st, clearly expressing my intention to cancel my policies. However, it is now February 8th, and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or confirmation from her regarding the cancellation. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic customer service is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this insurance company to think twice and save themselves the time, money, and frustration by choosing a different company. The incompetence of Rita Smith and her inability to effectively communicate with customers has made it clear that this company does not prioritize its clients' needs. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values its customers and provides the service they deserve."

I am loyal to Arlington because the entire time I have been with them I always get excellent customer service from a human and not a computer system, the website is easy to navigate, and my agent Rhonda treats my questions like they are her own. I came to this agency via a referral and I refer them to anyone I know who is looking for home, renters, or auto. The staff had decades of experience and understand/explain the changes in no-fault. I can ask questions on my policy and expect to see an answer within 24 hours. I came to this company from another which works hard to highlight the 'huge difference' they have depending on what field you work in, and when I switched I not only got a better rate, but my homeowners covers more as well, too. Your agent here is going to always help you get what is best for your needs."

"They allowed my auto insurance to lapse without a peep after a family death. The insurance company sent out 3 mailed notices of which only 1 arrived. After paying and thinking I was reinstated my policy just disappeared. Contacted Maggie and was told I'd have to pay more than double what I was paying for a new policy. Contacted the insurance company explaining what happened and they informed me any courtesy reminders for payments come from my agent which I received literally nothing from. They seem nice but will screw you the first chance they get."
