"My Wife and I recently refinanced our home. We were referred to the agency to work with Brent to get a quote to see if we could save some money on our home owners insurance. We were given a quote and it was determined that my existing insurance was still the way to go. So I told my mortgage company we were going to continue to work with my existing insurance. Well Allstate opened a policy and then closed it without my knowledge. Apparently it cost $187 and I didn't find out about it until a collection agency started contacting me. So nobody ever let me know that I owed any money on something that I didn't authorize in the first place and then it was placed for collection where it would damage my credit. I reached out to the agency via email twice asking for some resolve with no response."
