"Very poor responsiveness."
"Mom had been with the Christopher Shepherd agency for over a decade. She passed from covid, and it came time for me to take over her auto and home. Auto was no issue, but home became a prolonged issue. Chris was very rude on the phone, cutting me of and telling me to focus. (I was describing the relevance of my auto to the home policy, and he didn't care to let me finish explaining.) Eventually it escalated to the point where they told me they didn't want my business and I should find a new agent. I immediately went to Murshid Salami meemic agency and was well received. Anyone who wants more insight into my negative experience with Christopher is free to contact me. I've kept the emails, and will be happy to share."
