"Not a great place to work if you don’t like inconsistency. Tuition for children is way too high. High enough for budget cuts. Staff are on their phones a lot. Directors tell you cookie cutter stories about important things. There are other places that are better for childcare."
"Awesome workplace with amazing team/kids! The team at Tiny Town is amazing, and I will always love my time and the memories I made there. The kids made each day brighter, and I will miss them terribly. Even though I was let go due to budget cuts, I strongly recommend Tiny Town! They are so friendly, warm, welcoming, and flexible if you have appointments and/or family matters. Pros: My coworkers, kids, flexibility, paid time off, paid holidays Cons: No health insurance, let go suddenly"
