"Well I took my Beautiful Wife to the Chili's in Goshen Indiana, that was her first time to ever eat at a Chili's restaurant, we were so surprised by the AWESOME service that we received, Emma was our Waiter and she was so very nice, she even had given us advice to what each item we looked at on the menu, she was prompt and motivated and provided us with such great service I've ever had when it comes to dining out, Thank you Emma, we will be coming back soon."

"My wife's potato soup came out right away while my chili took 20 minutes. Then her cilantro lime chicken quesadilla came out cold. My son's Philly cheesesteak came out with only half of a bottom bun and obviously only Cheesesteak and toppings on that small half while the top bun was a full length almost footlong size bun, so you couldn't pick it up. I ordered the old timer cheeseburger as part of my three for me, and instead mushroom and Swiss came out. It took them another 25 minutes to get me the right one and everyone else was done eating by the time I got my food. It's been bad since they opened many, many years ago and it hasn't gotten any better. we will never give it another try. Don't waste your money or time! stay away from this horrible restaurant!"

"Our server Ian was excellent, juggling many duties. Give your wait staff support! If not for him, this rating would be 3. Fries were not hot, tasted like they laid in a warmer to long & burgers overcooked. Grandkids liked the Crispers."

"Bad cut of meat, but the chef did an amazing job to make it taste good. It was rubbery and a lot of fat on it, not worth serving. Sarah, our server was super busy and had many tables and bar areas, and she handled everything very well she did an amazing job."

"Great food for good prices. Service at this location I have found to be lacking. The wait times for a table are long and the friendliness of the host staff leaves a lot to be desired. Most recently, after waiting 45 minutes at 2:30 in the afternoon we were seated at a table in a section where the waitress was not yet at work. After 15 minutes I flagged down a random waitress who then stepped up and took our table, even though it wasn’t even near her section. This waitress was wonderful and she received a tip that reflected her work ethic, attitude, and cheerful demeanor. The rest of the visit went very well thanks to her and the food was delicious as expected. 4-2-22 I will update this review with further visits to gauge if this is the norm or a fluke."
