"The food at the James is unbelievable unhealthy for seniors with a lot of processed meat and meals. You ask for ice cream and cake but can’t have both. 90% of all the meals are not fresh food and the portions are very small."

The staff and residents all are a very caring community that make my in laws feel like family. Everone knows your name. "My wife Jo Ann and I had a great experience at The James. Sarah, the Executive Director, really helped us a lot in selecting the right apartment through her great Marketing Director, Stana, and we very much enjoyed the apartment! It had great features such as a full size, updated kitchen and very large windows. We were allowed to add custom features like an automatic door opener and extra bath cabinets. The food was very good, restaurant quality and we enjoyed the convenience of the free laundry rooms on each floor. It was a terrific experience!"
