"Toured the building with Rach and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the building and its amenities. Overall the building was very nice and the units are well planned out."
"This place is next to a noisy highway in an industrial zone. People can see into your bedroom if you live on the first floor (very clearly from the sidewalk). The developers should be ashamed for how much they are charging for rent. They planned trees that hung over the sidewalk with branches at the perfect level to poke people in the eyes. If you move here your working class neighbors are going to justifiably hate you."
