"I would not recommend this complex. Outdated everything including no dishwasher, laundry room appliances barely work, and good luck when you have an issue and need someone sent out. There is no assigned parking, so random people will take all of the spots most weekends to avoid nearby paid parking."
"This is an incredible location for the price. Rent is affordable, water is included, and electric is cheap. You are within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants downtown, but also far enough away from the noise. The apartments themselves have been recently remodeled and are very nice - particularly the the flooring and cabinets. Brand new appliances too. The landlords are very kind and responsive."
"I love living here! The landlords are super accommodating, nice, and attentive. The whole apartment was recently flipped and looks great! All neighbors that I have run into have been extremely friendly. You can't beat the location for the price. Just signed for another year! Highly recommend."
