"So, the building itself leaves a bit to be desired. The amenities are not all that great – gym is small, package room gets cluttered very quickly, walls are on thin side, etc. Really, the 5 star rating is for the staff, Desmond in particular. I’ve lived in a handful of buildings and none have had a maintenance person quite like him. He takes the time to get to know you, is incredibly responsive and most importantly, knows what he’s doing. I had a handful of issues in my unit and Desmond made sure they were all resolved appropriately and in a timely manner, most often same day. Front desk staff is outstanding as well. Raven was always very pleasant to deal with, and while I didn’t have much interaction with Vanessa until the end of my time here, she made the move-out process a breeze. 409, just like any other building, has its cons. However, the folks who work here make it a great place to live."
"Living at 409 was a great experience, and it was largely due to Desmond's expertise with maintenance. He takes the time to know your name, and is a great communicator when you request a work order. In the summer, our A/C unit went out, and he was quick to fix it, even staying late a couple days to do so. Thank you Desmond for your help all throughout our time here!"

"The place is clean, and it doesn't look like if someone else lived here before. Raven is amazing and very fast in communicating. The process to move in was done within 2 days. Des was helpful and made our apartment ready right away."
