However, within FerndaleHaus are very kind, personable, helpful, and professional staff that make FerndaleHaus residents truly feel at home. From Chase pleasantly acknowledging your existence each time you walk in, to Paul planning events for our community, as well as assisting with any pertinent needs- FerndaleHaus has been an excellent place to call home. "Have lived here for over a year and just resigned for another. Best place to live in Ferndale. Love that Western Market is across the street. Staff is great. Paul has been helpful when I had rent payment issues and Chase has been more than helpful getting me info on questions I've had about parking/key fobs/apartment layouts."
"Such a friendly place with so many neighbor events. It’s so nice to walk downstairs and be greeted by name by Mia and Paul. They are both so friendly and welcoming! When I first moved in there was some trouble with my washer/dryer but maintenance fixed it. Really a great place in the middle of Ferndale!"
