"Lived over three years in this property. Didn't have any major complaint before moving out of this place. I went from yearly/half-yearly to month-to-month lease. I had to move out this place because of a new job. The manager took a complete u-turn, and cancelled my month-to-month lease and took all of my security deposit and also charged additional month's rent as a fine for lease break which I officially changed and possessed a signed contract. This is very unprofessional act of manager and corrupted mindset. I am definitely going to sue them for this unethical and illegal act."

"Management company runs apartments, owned by Real Estate One. Cannot live here comfortably because management is always posting things you can and cannot do and harrassment. High rent for inefficient and small apartments. No facilities, no covered parking. They rely on park for amenities and park activities. And being so close to downtown area. No handicap apartments."
