"I like my apartment. it is clean, updated, brand new carpet, and spacious and has a nice view of the small woods nearby. It’s in a perfect location tucked in a quaint, quiet neighborhood, walking distance from downtown. The grounds are kept clean, and there have been really nice improvements in the landscaping recently.and new carports. Maintenance is fast and friendly. I have no complaints."

"Cockroaches and mice infested apartments! Forest Ridge deserves zero stars but there’s no such option. Don’t let the way the outside of the building and showroom look fool you. I lived here for many years and the minute I moved in I realized that my apartment was infested with cockroaches. They were absolutely everywhere, even in my bedroom. They even crawled in my bed while I was asleep. I was so terrified. My neighbors complained of the same thing. We had monthly exterminators coming in our apartments spraying with chemicals inside the cabinets and on the countertops but that didn’t help. The entire building was infested by cockroaches because they made nests inside the walls and those nests are really hard to get rid off. Then came the mice. These infestations are something that the management will never tell you. Also Barbara who has been the manger for the past 1.5-2 years has been the most unprofessional and rude manager I’ve dealt with. My advice is to stay away from these apartments and take in consideration all bad reviews written by other residents in the past 2 years. They are all referring to the same manager."

"Clean, quiet, great price. Friendly and helpful staff, good maintenance. Many of the units have a window in the bathroom and and two in the bedroom, from different directions. My unit had brand new cabinets, good carpeting. Great location, close to downtown and walking distance to Clinton River Trail, Rochester Municipal Park and Harding Green Space."

"Forest Ridge is located in the perfect location from downtown rochester and Rochester municipal Park. The staff is great and whenever I needed something Rebecca and the team were very prompt! Its also nice getting Holiday and Birthday cards from the staff as they are very nice gestures and show they care. As for the unit, it was a great size for a one bed room, closets are very spacious. I would highly recommend this place to everyone."
