"I have been living here about 2 years, and I just wanted to say that Amanda Huntley is the best! Obviously things happen and things break and whatnot, but Amanda is so on top of things that everything gets fixed quickly. I hear horror stories about other landlords and it makes me grateful for Amanda. Also, Bob the maintenance man no longer works here, but he was an absolute Angel. I’m late in posting this, but he really gave all his efforts 110% and he has some pretty big shoes to fill. But living here has been a pretty wonderful experience for me, and part of that experience is because of the great atmosphere that Amanda helps provide as office manager."

"Amanda is fantastic. Was always incredibly helpful and considerate of our situation. Can’t say enough good things about management. The place is old so maintenance was necessary somewhat often and that is the only reason for 4 stars. With that being said, when maintenance was needed they were very quick in my opinion. Location is also great if you enjoy downtown Rochester. Highly recommend living here. We had a great 4 years."

"Good place with very kind landlords. Nice access to downtown. Sometimes smells like smoke, which isn't great, but it is what it is. The back lot is close enough to the woods that you will frequently see deer, so that's a plus."

"Rochester square apartments is a very quiet, well-kept community in the city Rochester MI, just  a few blocks from amenities, such as the Rochester Hills library, walking and bike trails, as well as Rochester municipal park, and downtown. I have been a resident here for over two decades, and I must say that the recent past leasing agent, and now the current, Amanda, as well as the head maintenance fellow Jason, have been wonderful agents for this residential property.  Since newly arriving, Amanda has shown the same concern for the maintenance and improvement of the property and good relations among the residents, as had the previous property manager. The level of service is very prompt and courteous, which gives me even greater reason to continue to renew. If you are looking for a well maintained, convenient place to live, this is the place, and the right management team to deliver the quality service residents deserve."
