"I live here currently. I have no complaints I’m young and this is my first apartment living by myself the application process was easy enough, the maintenance man is very nice and I have had no issues with sound or smells or anything. I was a bit worried about living in a “smoking unit” because I do not smoke myself but I’ve never smelled another persons smoke here. I love this place. Update 7 months later. I have no major complaints. Maintenance is only one single man yet he still comes in a very timely fashion to address any issues. I live in a smokers unit and I never smell smoke. 9/10 place to live and also fairly affordable."
"I've tried calling the offices to see when I could come in for an application and tour consistently for 2 weeks now and they're never available to pick up the phone. I've left voicemails multiple times. Their website is bare bones and lack critical information. Unprofessional."
"The property manager was prejudice, she assumed me and my husband wasn't married at all and assumed I didn't make enough without even taking a glance at my stubs . And I got denied for a lack of credit but I have a 764 score . Nothing is adding up ! And I honestly believe because I'm black . Because of the way she acted and made stereotypical assumptions . Plus she scheduled me appointments on her lunch break and wasn't in office for the appointment. That is completely unprofessional at its finest ."
"Very decent priced, spacious, but my only complaint would be the so called management. There was to much word play with this "manager" on my initial move in as to the cost to move in (rent+deposit). Just to sum up the situation it was like calling a dealership about pricing on a vehicle and you go with this price they put in your head only to find out you need more money upfront to secure the vehicle. Was a bit selfish when i was restless with the back n forth talk. To make things worse you'll be hard pressed to find someone else to complain to, and they wont take your complaint serious."
"Cindy at the leasing office was always pleasant The property management however, AWFUL! Keeping secrets about things that tenants should be informed of to save their own behinds. It has been almost 2 years since we've moved out so things could have possibly changed. But do not let looks be deceiving!"
