"They have pest problems they are racist towards single mothers, Black people, low income, and section 8 tenants. If you are a person, of color, dark and brown skin, please do not move into these apartments they do not respect or have respect for urban people."
"I have lived in this place for 5 years and had nothing but problems. I have had two mice infestations, i have had two celing leaks and an issue with ants. When you need something fixed it takes forever and they always have an excuse and when they do fix it is half done. The manager has decided not to renew my lease and did not give me enough time to even find somewhere else to live because he states its because ive been late a few times. Im certain its because i have been complaing about all the issues. They are not caring or understanding and there is no grace period for rent payments and they add a lot of fees and expect you to pay all in full or leave. The manager zach is a horrible manager he will fast talk you and not even try to help. I had to buy my own mice traps because pest control only comes once a week and i was not able to be reimbursed for them. They always use court as a scare tatic. If you are thinking about moving here look else where did not have a good experience here ."
"Evil company. Falsified things to charge us for, all the time. I'm literally traumatized from my time living there. I had to start psych meds because of it. They harassed us. Glad I got out of there. It's sad they make it hard because they know people don't have another choice. Neighbors were fine for the most part."
"Stayed here , they have a MOUSE Problem it’s holes under cabinets where they go home to home. and they paint their stoves , bugs comes out of refrigerator they think it’s normal won’t replace anything. Leaks in the ceiling you can tell it’s been one before they have no stove tops .toilet was broken for mouths they half do they job everytime if your low income for you but if your paying 600 - 800 + Go somewhere else not worth it. IF YOU GET HURT BY SOMEBODY OVER HERE IN YOUR APARTMENT AND REPORT IT TO POLICE THEY GONE KICK YOU OUT FOR BEING VIOLATED THEY DONT CARE THEY QUCK TO KICK SOMEBODY OUT !!"
