"If you Love Ants, Mice, and flooding this is the place for you! If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are infested with mice, it was so many big holes in our walls it was ridiculous! The bathroom plumbing was so bad it created a water bubble in our kitchen ceiling and it burst and started flooding nonstop. The mice were coming from the holes behind the heat vent. When we notified maintenance they brushed it off as farm mice!!!! The ants were so bad no matter what traps maintenance would give they would not stop it would be piles of ants!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The upkeep of the complex is not even up to par! They need to permanently close these!"
"Not they want people to be making 3times the rental rate to stay in the projects /low income community is insane to me lol can’t believe I even wasted my time to even view the inside because I can tell from the outside what type of place it was not to mention a waste of an app fee and the people in the office aren’t helpful as they might seem my situation almost had me rushing into some apartments that didn’t even meet my standards not to mention they make you pay for a screen door"
"Where do I began this was the absolute worst place that I have ever lived!!! They have bed bugs , every week someone mattress was being thrown out. The maintenance team is horrible good luck. Mention the Parks and you’ll get an eye roll from those that are familiar with that place! #"
