Park Place Apartments

"Management/staff on several occasions entered my residence without my consent and I noticed things were missing. They changed the lease agreement mid contract and of course increased the rental amount. Neglected to bill me the full amount of the utilities the last three months I lived there then when I was notified they threatened to send my account to collections despite me NOT REFUSING to pay them. Charged me a bs cleaning fee and claimed the oven had to be replaced. Mostly everything is very old and dated. The apartment is very spacious and I think it's a somewhat fair price."

"Absolute worse experience with this company have been paying my bill on time every time and dte on time every time. They hire a new company to audit the payments all of a sudden I'm getting charged with vacant charges have lived here for over 3 years consecutively. They have messed my bill up three times. They have corrected it twice and said sorry for our mistake now this time I have to fix their mistake and contact the people doing the bills but things have taken a turn for the worse. I'm not the only person this has happened to as well for them. I thought it would be better with the new manager but things have not."

"Yes Juan the maintenance technician changed out the faucet assembly as it was overdue. He did a wonderful job and he is a true blessing to have. I truly appreciate his timeliness and professional work ethic. Every time he arrives, I am greeted with respect and dignity. I am proud to reside here and and grateful for such a wonderful staff. "I moved in on April 15th and really love my space! Amee was great during the entire process and always attentive to any questions/concerns I may have had. My husband and I had been looking for some time and truly Amee was the standout...and the unit was perfect for us. We have only been here a week but I can say that our move in experience was top notch! Also...the cost for the square footage is truly unmatched and worth every penny. "I have been a tenant for 14 months, the price per square foot is unmatched in the area. What make this place great is the management team. Currently Paolo the manager is the type of community manager you would hope for. Maintenance team of Frank and Judy are friendly and the emergency after hours phone has always been answered. The whole team is knowledgeable and reliable. I signed a second lease because of them, despite having options closer to my commute. 6 Star Ratings! UPDATE 5/11/2020 Jennifer F. Is the current manager and she is as you would hope a Community manager could and would be. Any property issues are handled immediately. Responses quickly. I’m sad to leave but had to move for work. Will miss this place"
