"This place has completely went down hill since Nancy left. The office people are rude! The central air goes out every other month and then it takes weeks before it’s fixed. Anytime you place a work order it takes weeks before it’s addressed. The children are disrespectful, don’t care if it’s an adult around or not they will cruse. The parents of the children don’t care either. The place itself is a joke. This was a okay place however this past year I feel like these are the projects!"
"This place was amazing when Nancy was manager but this new management is truly not where it is at. They put a letter in my door and then charged me 50 dollars saying my housekeeping needed to be addressed but the managers never even stepped foot inside to see how my housekeeping was. Maintenance said they would be by on Thursday but showed up a day early unannounced. They also raised the rent 100 dollars this year after only raising it 35 or 50 dollars the years before. I am ready to go and I am sure they will charge me for any damages including basic wear and tear smh. My apartment isn't dirty I dont have open foodanywhere. I dont have any bugs. But it is lived in. Just disappointed in this place it was really great but new management is trash."
"I have lived here for 18 years know. I love it here it is quite and are neighbors are very nice. I have had to have some work done in the house and the office was on top of it. So a big shout out to everyone in the office and all of the maintenance men. Great job everyone thank you so much"
